Kim and Jevon was exceptional in my concerns. There was an issue with my renters insurance and my lease. Kim and Javon was very helpful and knowledgeable in explaining and giving me the correct information to move forward, I appreciate it. Great employees working for this property management. I am very pleased with living at Waterford Apartments. I just renewed my lease. I moved from 4 hours away. Kim Hillawi, in the leasing office was spectacular in making my move seamless. Also, throughout the last year she has been very helpful with any issues I’ve had. Thank you so much! The maintenance dept. is on top of repairs and does an excellent job. This is something that is a rare find in renting. I appreciate what you do.

The team at Waterford at Mandarin deserves a 5 start all around. Kim is always so helpful, she is not only the lady at the office she is actually a good friend and she will always go up and beyond trying to help you in all your needs. I’ve lived here for a couple of years already and I love it. Thank you for taking care of my dishwasher so quickly I only have great comments for all of you. Great community, great neighborhood.
