The team at Waterford at Mandarin deserves a 5 start all around. Kim is always so helpful, she is not only the lady at the office she is actually a good friend and she will always go up and beyond trying to help you in all your needs. I’ve lived here for a couple of years already and I love it. Thank you for taking care of my dishwasher so quickly I only have great comments for all of you. Great community, great neighborhood. The staff is nice and funny. The communication is great. The area is beautiful and alive with so much activity. Laundry room, two pools, a gym and more. And they have gates for community. The assistant manager, Ms. Yvonne is such a wonderful woman. You can tell she definitely knows what she's doing, and it's always wonderful to see someone who actually shows effort with their job. If you want to talk to her about anything when it comes to moving, she's the one !
