I am very pleased with living at Waterford Apartments. I just renewed my lease. I moved from 4 hours away. Kim Hillawi, in the leasing office was spectacular in making my move seamless. Also, throughout the last year she has been very helpful with any issues I’ve had. Thank you so much! The maintenance dept. is on top of repairs and does an excellent job. This is something that is a rare find in renting. I appreciate what you do.

We moved in last year and kim Hillawi made it easy for us and every time I requested something she is more than happy to help she does he job perfect

The staff are so nice! Especially Kim, she was so sweet and very helpful! Everywhere is very clean.

The team at Waterford at Mandarin deserves a 5 start all around. Kim is always so helpful, she is not only the lady at the office she is actually a good friend and she will always go up and beyond trying to help you in all your needs. I’ve lived here for a couple of years already and I love it. Thank you for taking care of my dishwasher so quickly I only have great comments for all of you. Great community, great neighborhood. Miss Kim was absolutely wonderful. She went above and beyond to answer all of my questions and guided me through the process of applying and getting approved for the apartment.
